I have shared my internet connection from my android phone to my laptop. And it 100% worked. Laptop have the both wifi and bluetooth option but some of those not included the wifi device. In this case this tutorial will must help you. Now i will show you that how to Share your internet connection from Android phone via Bluetooth. Just follow my instructions.

Process:-
1. At first switch on your bluetooth and connect with your android phone
2. Go to menu from your phone and open settings
3. Click on more

4. Then select tethering & portable hotspot

5. Then put tick mark on bluetooth tethering

6. Double click on bluetooth icon from pc

7. Then click on add a bluetooth device from my bluetooth places

8. Put tick mark on network service and click next
note: It will take a moment to install

9. After that you will see a new option in my bluetooth places named network service
