1. Open Control panel
2. Then open network connections
3. Select your connected network
4. Click right button and select properties
5. Now select internet protocol (TCP/IP) from this connection uses the following items:

7. Now click on Use the following DNS server addresses: radio button from general tab
8. Then write 208.67.222.123 in preferred DNS server box and 208.67.220.123 in Alternate DNS server box
9. Now click on ok
10. Now use and enjoy
Finally, Problem solved!
Now all adult sites has been Blocked!
